Local Moves
- Base pricing includes the truck, movers, and two hours of labor. Additional costs apply for time exceeding two hours, extra movers, stairs, packing, and other services.
Long-Distance Moves
- Costs are based on mileage, travel time, loading/unloading hours, and any additional services requested.
6. Payments and Deposits
- A deposit may be required to confirm your booking. Details will be communicated during the booking process.
- Payments must be made using accepted payment methods (credit cards, ACH transfers, etc.) before or at the time-of-service completion.
- Late payments or chargebacks may result in additional fees and legal action if necessary.
7. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled service date will receive a full refund of the deposit.
- Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled service date may incur a cancellation fee.
- Refunds for completed services are not provided unless a documented error or failure to deliver the agreed-upon services is identified.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Simple Moves is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website or services.
- Our liability for direct damages is limited to the total amount paid by you for the specific service related to the claim.
